We have the formal education, competence and long experience, but most importantly - we deeply care for our clients and for ensuring the success of their projects and initiatives!
Obviously it is important with competence in the areas of operation, and we possess wide competence across major parts of the IT-sector. We are down to earth and able to seriously discuss with experts within a wide spectrum of domains. To be able to simplify, explain and present complex issues to stakeholders and decision makers in easy to understand ways is often a critical success factor. But equally important is to remember that projects and other initiatives most often involve and affect many individuals. And the human being is a complex creature. If you can get a group of people to seriously co-operate and strive towards a common goal - then you have good chances for success! Exactly this is one of our trademarks.

A few lines should probably be well spent in listing areas in which we normally work. Below is a short list of key areas and profiles of missions that we, who represent MintHead, are or have been running for our clients:

We work within the full life cycle of software development, maintenance and operations, mainly geared towards business applications within a number of different industries.

Likewise we have experience of IT-production, e.g. through analysis, establishment and consolidation of data centers.

In numerous projects we have assisted our clients in analysis, evaluation and procurement of IT-products and services, concerning single services as well as larger outsourcing contracts, sometimes with significant off-shoring components.

The industries we work within include Banking & Finance, Wholesale/Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities and Public Sector among others.

Geographically we have mainly worked on projects in Sweden, Europe and North America, but also with connections to Asia and South America.

We are used to work in high security environments, which may require national security clearance (e.g. in Sweden), and if needed we are ready to engage under explicit formal security agreements.

We typically engage with our clients in long term missions, most often on time & material basis, but we are also open to other contractual conditions.

As an anecdote the name MintHead refers to a head (or brain) that has been used but is in "mint condition", or "perfect condition" (Cambridge Dictionary).
BACKGROUND
The company MintHead AB was founded in 2019 and is mainly run by Per Owe Eskeus. The operations build on his 30 years of experience from the IT industry, where he has held a wide variety of operative and managerial roles in companies like IBM, Compass Consulting, EntraData, TietoEnator, Information Services Group and Capgemini, as well as in numerous projects and missions for clients in a wide range of industries.
As a foundation for his work he has a Master of Science degree from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (KTH Electro/Data) and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA. His international studies were mainly financed by scholarships from institutions including the Fulbright Commission, the Wallenberg Funds, ASEA/ABB Research & Innovation, University of Massachusetts and the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

In addition to his career in Sweden Per Owe has lived and worked abroad for about 5 years, mainly in the USA, in the Netherlands and in England.

We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, but are willingly taking on missions also in other regions and internationally. As we are a small company we are flexible and normally work "on the go" and in clients' premises.
